Ascend Hospice has truly surpassed our expectations. During this challenging period in our lives, they have provided us with a sense of comfort and reassurance. Whenever we reach out, they are readily available to assist or guide me through any issues. The nurses and aides are exceptional; we have received outstanding care from Eva and Monica. Their kindness and compassion towards my mother mean everything to us. If anyone is seeking the finest care for their loved ones, I wholeheartedly recommend Ascend Hospice.

I cannot recommend Ascend Hospice Care enough. The toughest decision I’ve ever had to make was putting my dad on hospice. I was completely misinformed what hospice care actually entailed. Through this journey with my precious dad I truly feel as though I had the very best by my side. Ascend Hospice Care really cares about not only their patients but their families as well. Every single person contributed to the care of my dad. I stepped into this so blindly and Ascend helped guide us every step of the way. My dad’s comfort was their number one priority. The amount of respect shown to my dad was admirable. I feel Ascend Hospice Care went above and beyond to support him through. I’ve developed friendships from our care team and we appreciate each and everyone in this company. Everyone at Ascend Hospice Care are absolutely amazing.

Ascend is the only name this company could have selected for they have surely Ascended from Heaven. I’m rather tardy in my review as it is September & my dad passed at the end of January. However, Ascend & the services they rendered has never left my mind. As I sit in this moment, I want to thank God for His Holy Spirit that resides in them. Signature Health (God send also) referred us. Melinda, thank you for your vision of what hospice care should be. You & your staff understands “the assignment”. As I reminisce on the care my dad received until his final rest, my heart, though heavy, is very grateful Especially for honoring my moms wish regarding his final few days (which you guys know your stuff). Mrs. Catherine prayers are still getting me through & thank you for the song ☺️ It feels somewhat wrong to say, but I’m gonna. If & when the time comes, we look forward to Ascend as our provider. Ascend Hospice Care was wonderful, My Mom was with Ascend for a very long time, and all of the Employees were amazing Especially at our darkest times Laura the Director of Nursing, her husband Tony, Adarin, Kathryn and a host of many more where there for Mom and us. There’s just not enough words to describe how grateful we are for them.

In this day and age when integrity, professionalism, and compassion are increasingly rare, I have found an oasis of all of those traits in Ascend Hospice. In a tense time when I was under immense pressure to find care for my Aunt who was in a bad situation with current caregiver, I made dozens of calls to many different people. When Melinda Bass, owner of Ascend Hospice answered the phone, I could feel her genuine concern and compassion. Not only did we discuss my Aunt's potential for onboarding hospice care, but she went above and beyond by helping me find a place for my Aunt. I felt the genuine concern and the willingness to help. From her suggestion, we found the perfect place for my Aunt. It all felt like divine order, like angels were all around us. In addition to the immediate care they took of the situation, they are working for the greater good as it relates to my Aunt's care by coordinating with her PCP. I strongly recommend considering this group when researching hospice care for your loved one. Even just one phone call can change your (their) life - especially in the difficult times when hospice care is being considered. It's very emotional, but this Ascend is a safe harbor, qualified and ready to help. I've cried many tears of relief. Melinda, Laura and team may be the best in the business.
