I have worked at Eprine for about two years and I would like to say that they have been generous and kind towards me. In those years I have seen the way that Eprine has grown as a business from being small to being on display in public spaces. This change has brought more effective communication from its employees and more compassionate care. The team actively strives to give the finest treatment possible and pays close attention to detail. The best part about Eprine is how flexible they are with your schedule, they try their best to meet your needs as well as the patient. I have learned a lot by working with the developmentally disabled at Eprine. I'm glad to be a part of an organization that is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those obtaining services.

I've worked with Eprine since 2021 as a DSP and it has been a great experience. I don't work in the office so most communication is via email and all the staff I've encountered have been approachable and easy to work with. They are always available if you have any questions. If you are thinking about choosing a company to provide services for your loved one - I highly recommend.

The BEST of the best!!! Can't say enough about the company. Every person we have communicated with is absolutely professional and courteous. Our point of contact in arranging care worked at superman speed literally at the last minute and placed incredible people to care for our family member. The follow-up he made was helpful during an exhausting process of this life chapter. The evaluating RN is kind, understanding, patient, and explains everything we are experiencing so that we completely understand. The aids placed with our family member are nothing short of 10 out of 10 and happy (!!!) to be there, very knowledgeable in caring for our family member and well prepared for the patient. And it's my impression that everyone communicates with each other so there are no surprises within their staff. Honestly--I'm sleeping well tonight because I know with confidence my family member is in good hands.

As soon as you come in, the place is warm and welcoming. The staff remember your name, and are friendly as well as professional. I sent my teenage child here for mental health treatment and she has made great progress. Outreach, response, and communication is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone who feels they need it for their loved one.
