My dr appointment was scheduled for 1:50. I was told to be ready for pick up at 1230 to 1. Ok cool. Well then the driver shows up at 1130. I had no time to shower, still I told the driver sorry I wasnt ready, that I was told my pick up time was an hour from now. He was rude as possible about it, and blamed it on the scheduling department. If it is the scheduling departments fault, they need to do a better job. And they need to correct his attitude, or he shouldnt be dealing with the public
