Al and the team at Comfort Keepers have been truly invaluable. Living across the country while my mother has been living alone and dealing with health problems has been extremely stressful, but the dedicated team has helped me and my mother to feel comfortable and calm. The various care givers that were matched with my mother have treated her with dignity and compassion and have helped provide her and I with a true feeling of security and peace of mind. The company has worked with me and has been flexible with scheduling when my mom was hospitalized or needed additional care. I would highly recommend their service and I am so grateful to each of them for their professionalism, dedication, service and kindness.

I called to inquire about Home Care service and a guy by the name of Al answered and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The moment I asked if Insurance was accepted Al’s demeanor changed and the once helpful person turned rude and said “We are Private Pay only, Bye Bye” and hung up on me. I called back and another guy answered and told me that the called dropped. The called did not drop because Al said “bye bye”. So glad these men showed me the type of people who run this business.

Comfort Keepers of Columbus provided excellent care for my mother for several years. They provided wonderful caregivers for her which gave myself and my siblings piece of mind when we couldn’t be with our mother. The caregivers were very attentive to my mother and her needs.
