Very unprofessional just like the rest of the reviews were referring to. Appears that this company has always been disorganized and unprofessional. If you happen to be looking for a healthcare agency, I'm telling you right now. Go somewhere else you can thank me later. There are dozens of home health agencies, and all you have to do is home health agencies in delaware, put in your county and there will be dozens and dozens of home health agencies read the reviews, first so you won't have to go through this. It's a professional agency. Should be shut down for good. According to how much backlash they receive

Very unreliable, some weeks no one shows , some weeks 2 out of 5 days , change set hours , Very unorganized, none of the office workers tell the other when you call in. One at front desk. Hung up on me when I called in about an issue.... Very unprofessional. Some workers come and sit , do nothing, clearly just their for pay check, but complain about everything !
Extremely disappointed with this agency. They promise things they don't deliver. They don't train aides on many aspects of the care needed. They send numerous different aides even when certain aides are requested. Lack of communication is frustrating.
Great caring staff who strive to provide the best care to seniors citizens and physically disabled members of our community.
