Home Instead is a wonderful company to work for. The ladies in the office are amazing!! They are very understanding and compassionate when it comes to the employees needing time off or needing to arrange our schedules. They are very compassionate over our clients!! I have nothing but good to say about the company!!

As a Care Pro I find Home Instead to be a tremendous benefit to the client and a wonderful employer. It has been a great pleasure and opportunity to work with clients wishing to be at home but needing assistance. Nothing is better than sitting with and getting to know the love they have to share.

I have been very pleased with the care they have provided to my husband. Our caregiver, Wanda has been exceptional—very professional, dependable, flexible when we needed to change schedule and always on time! It is obvious she cares about her clients and wants to make things easier for me. I have had numerous interactions with management and office staff and pleased. Thank you for all you do for us.

Home Instead Dublin have and are providing caregivers for my wife from May 2020 to her death in October 2024 and for me after hip surgery from April 2023 to current My wife after her major stroke was totally dependent on caregiver for personal needs: changing, bathing, and dressing Started with two four hour shifts seven days a week After my surgery went to 12hrs per day Now 5 hrs , 7 days Have had about ten during this time and each became family; looking at our personal needs including attending needs outside home: doctors appointments, eating at restaurants, hair appointments, rehabilitation and church There would have been no way my wife and I could have enjoyed our time together in our home these last five years

I really appreciate Home Instead. The staff is very friendly and always willing to work with our schedule and needs. My mom has been very comfortable with the caregivers that have been assigned to her.
