I personally would not recommend this company. We went with this company because they said they had someone for us and they were just waiting for their paperwork to be finished and they were supposed to start the following week after not being able to reach that person they had someone else coming into our home very nice girl, however The first day she was there she complained about the company the whole entire time. She said they had no idea what they were doing that they would pull her out of families that she was used to and put her in other homes and she was annoyed by them , so this set us off right away for the company. Then we were informed that she wanted to work in the office and the office told us that she was going to be the one working for my parents moving forward, so it was very confusing. After talking to the girl in the office, I was informed that yes they were still waiting for the other girl paperwork to be finished and she was going to be the one working with my family, which we would not have even started with them. Had we known that. The staff member came into the home of my family and would text on her phone and when my parents were sleeping She took a nap on the couch, when asked to help my parent wash their hair She said yes, but then never got up to do anything. She said it was a liability to iron even though she ironed two days prior to that. After speaking to Selena in the office who was nice, i asked what was going on she said they were still waiting on paperwork for other staff to start. But then there was no follow up. Nobody calling us back stating that they would have someone else coming into the home. They just dropped us, After waiting for two weeks. We changed companies now we’re extremely happy with our services at the new company.

There transport for people with disabilities is the best I use so far. I also request this company for my rides with my insurance. They are never late. Usually 15 minutes early. All there drivers I had are nice. A good and reliable company.

Our home aid transporter Tatyana was very professional, and kind. To be honest she's the best transporter we've had. No complaints at all.
