Let me say that not only was the manager Jaqueline amazing to work with over the challenges faced coordinating caring helpers for my 95yo mother but her entire support team ROCKED IT! The caregivers Concierge provided were loving and talented in working with my mom! LaTavia ACTUALLY caught a major stroke as it occurred and acted quickly! She literally saved my mom from disaster!! We will forever be indebted to her! If you are looking for a response and caring group to support your loved ones…. I highly recommend Concierge!

Concierge care provided my mother with many resources and all provided with their company. When mom was inpatient, I was overwhelmed with the having to coordinate care through multiple companies. Concierge care provides all of that. Thank you for your wonderful care.

I use Concierge Care to provide assistance for my wife to shower and to get in an out of the shower. I basically deal with two individuals. Lillian and Jacklyn. Lillian is very good at performing all the tasks associated with the home care service. Jacklyn always responds quickly to any concerns I may have. I am very pleased with the service they provide.

Concierge Care has been an absolute lifeline in caring for my elderly mother, who needs assistance with basic tasks such as transferring, dressing and bathing. Words cannot express my extreme gratitude for Jaclynn and her caretakers at Concierge Care - Amelia Island. On a very short notice, Jaclynn provided excellent caretakers to help my husband 24/7 to transition from the hospital to home. Definitely a 5 star company!!!!
