Home Matters Caregiving

We worked with Francine and her team while my mother-in-law was going through in-home hospice care. Francine was very responsive: she came to meet with us within hours of my contacting her, was readily available to answer questions, and found a caregiver who was able to start within 24 hours. Francine was also very committed, following up with us regularly to make sure our needs were met. Of the three caregivers we worked with, one was absolutely outstanding, one was great, and one was good. It's very clear that Francine makes sure the caregivers are carefully screened and well-trained. I would not hesitate to contact her again if I needed a caregiver and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Francine and her team are remarkable. When my Mom made it clear that she needed support at home, Francine stepped in with a moments notice. She assigned a wonderful, compassionate caregiver (Ronne) very quickly. As our Mom's care needs increased, Francine and team aligned resources very quickly and seamlessly. The result is that my Mom was able to stay home towards the end of her life. That meant the world to the family. Nice work Home Matters!!

Home Matters is by far the best home care agency in Middle TN and we have tried several. Francine and her team stepped right in when we needed in home care. She came over on a Saturday to meet with us and determine the best team member for my husband’s needs. Our caregiver Hailey started first thing Monday morning- she was wonderful. Both Francine and Hailey were very communicative throughout the time my husband received care. Can’t say enough good things about Francine and Hailey. Love that they have a nurse on staff as well!

I can’t say enough good things about Home Matters Caregiving. They took excellent care of my father with a level of compassion and attentiveness that truly stood out. Every interaction felt personal—they treated him like family, not just a patient. The caregivers were incredibly kind, always on time, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. You can tell this is a small business that genuinely cares about the people they serve. If you’re looking for a team that brings heart, professionalism, and a personal touch to home health care, I would recommend them to anyone!

Francine was wonderful! She replied promptly, was honest, kind and caring! I can tell she loves her work, and helping people in ways that work for them. My daughter had just moved to Tenn. we were in need of immediate care with little resources. Francine lovingly made a house call to assess the situation. She gave me (desperate mom in Calif) assurances, all was ok!. It was above the call of duty! I can’t express my gratitude enough! I look forward to meeting Francine in person . I look forward to our “journey of care” together and our new friendship. I am sure her team of caregivers are a reflection of her philosophy of care!
