When looking for an agency to help with my elderly mother's care, I did an extensive search and interviewed many agencies in the Greenville, SC area. Hands Thru Us Home Care was by far the best choice for my mother's care. The two owners, Deana and Lisa, are nurses that started this business and understand the needs. They handle the calls and texts themselves vs a service. They interviewed us and assessed the home to help determine what level and type of care my mother needed. They don't just send anyone out to a home that they have not thoroughly checked out themselves which also provides a safe environment for their employees. They truly worked hard to make sure they had the right match and qualified caregivers to help care for my mother. I wanted the best, and they have given me the best. In fact, the nurse practitioner that my mother's doctor has coming to the house to check on my mother's medical condition and needs was so impressed with my mother's care through Hands Thru Us Home Care, that the nurse said she would start recommending them to clients that need home care (that is not medical as a note). Their staff is professional, attentive and willing to help her with a variety of tasks and provide the care and companionship she needs. They have allowed her to remain in her own home even with limited mobility and increasing levels of dementia. Hands Thru Us is an important part of our family.

I can't begin to tell you how professional, kind, and caring the caregivers were to my mom and family during a very difficult time. They became a part of our family and even checked in with us on nights when things weren't so good for my mom during particular days.
