Absolutely would NOT trust this company to care for your loved one! 3 weeks into having an "angel" she only showed up for one weekend. We were notified via text 5min before her shift was supposed to start that she was not showing up, THREE times in a row. Did Visiting Angels have a back-up? Absolutely not. Their back ups were on vacation or sick so at the absolute last minute, we had no one to care for our mother. They didn't seem to care at all about this and more appalling was that we were notified by text. God forbid you have a bed bound loved one and they are thus unreliable. The patients are definitely not their primary concern. Finding a caregiver is already stressful enough for a family and the person needing the care, this company made it so disheartening. Do yourself a favor and hire someone privately who you can fully vet and who truly cares for their well being.

The caregivers are wonderful and very flexible with different needs, and the admin staff do an amazing job with communication and quick setup/changes. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and would recommend them to anyone!

Terrible company. Extremely neglectful to their clients. Definitely would NOT recommend. Supposed to come take care of my mother 3 times a week, yet I haven’t seen a single employee for over a week. She just had a Grand Mal seizure and injured her back to where she can’t get out of bed. No one has stopped by. No calls to check on her. If you care about your elderly loved ones, I would avoid this company at all costs.

We have a very nice Angel. She's on time, courteous and caring. She's knowledgeable about my dad's medical conditions and knows how to take care of him. She's a great companion angel.
