I hired Synergy in 2020 to take care of my mother & make sure she took her meds correctly 2x per day. That was the 1st year of the pandemic & no one but professionals were allowed inside at the independent living facility. I thought this would be temporary but they were so friendly & caring, made a loving connection with my mother & helped her take her meds properly, I decided to continue the service. Shanthi took care of her then & today Phillis is her caretaker and is doing a Phenomenal job! She truly cares if not loves my mother & does way more than the service we are paying for. I could not ask for a better care taker & I know my mother loves her! North Dallas Synergy Home Health Care, Phillis & her team are at Emerson At Rosemead Park Independent living in Carrollton, TX. I know Synergy also cares for people in other Independent living places around DFW. I highly recommend them!

Synergy home health gave superior care to my dad who was a total care paraplegic. They went above and beyond to insure his needs were taken care of each day. They not only preformed their duties but gave great care to his emotional well-being. True angels on earth. I would highly recommend their services. ❣️

I contacted Synergy HomeCare on a Sunday for in home care for my dad that was put on Hospice. They had a caregiver at my parents house on the very next day. We couldnt have been more pleased with the 2 caregivers that were in our home. Both were very caring and treated my dad with respect. I would highly recommend their service. The management staff, Shanthi, was excellent as well.

The Synergy team was indeed very engaged, always concerned and helpful in their overall care for my dad. Shanthi was very efficient in all the follow up and Pat with her very positive attitude successfully established a close relationship with my dad and the rest of the family. Synergy directly contributed to his quality of life.
