Solutions In-Home Care

Andrea is an amazing! She took wonderful care of my mom, treating her as if she was her own mother. Over the months that Andrea was in our home, she became a friend and part of the family. I never worried about leaving my mom in her care. Each time I left the house, I knew she was in the best of hands with Andrea! Dealing with a patient with Alzheimer’s and Cancer, isn’t easy, but Andrea did it with patience and grace. There were many days they had the same conversations over and over, always with respect, never annoyance. My mom was always well fed - with quesadillas, delicious sandwiches, and freshly baked cookies that Andrea would make especially for her. When I got behind on cleaning, I’d come home to the laundry done, floors vacuumed, dishes cleaned and put away and she even put together and put my new steam mop to use. I’m sad to lose her as a caregiver, and I hope when she returns from family obligations outside of the country, we will be lucky enough to have her back again.

We’re very pleased with Solutions In-Home Care. Amanda has been amazing! She’s so kind, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond! We truly appreciate how responsive and helpful Lorrina has been as well. She’s always available to make sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, we’ve felt really supported and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Karla, Gabby, Sami and Amanda were very compassionate and attentive to my mom’s needs. Also, Cecelia was very kind and respectful towards my mother at the time she passed. I can’t thank these ladies enough for what they have done and what they offered to my family. Lastly, I’d like to give a huge thank you to Jordan for the great communication at all times and the thoughtfulness even visiting Mom when she was in the hospital

Our Solution’s caregiver is the absolute best. She’s a hard worker and has developed a great friendship with my Mom. She is very kind and loving to the entire family. I’d also like to give our care coordinator kudos as she has always been very responsive to any and all concerns/questions. The schedulers at solutions have been great too.

I want to thank the Solutions team for the care they took of my friend. Everyone was always responsive, caring, and professional. Solutions was able to quickly respond to my friend's rapidly escalating care needs. I especially want to thank Jordan for helping me understand that my friend would be best off at home instead of a care facility. It was the right decision and I will be forever grateful to her for helping me make that decision.
