I highly recommend this company for care of your loved one. They are patient and kind, and they care about making sure they do everything within the scope of their ability to take care of your loved one. They were so great to my Dad in his last few months. They gave him companionship he desperately needed when i couldnt be there, and helped him do the things he couldnt do. They gave him some of his dignity back and that went a long way. Home Loving Sr. Care was hired July 2017 to help my sister who had relocated to Kernersville, NC f/ Temecula, CA; my sister is confined to a wheelchair, and they did an outstanding job with her! Jennifer, the aide assigned to her, was FANTASTIC! I have never seen anyone work so hard at a job.... She was so awesome, and my sister loved her! She bathed her, did her laundry, changed her bed, vacuumed and fixed her lunch all in a 3-3.5 hr time span. And, she never missed getting my sister to her doctor appmnts. Home Loving Sr. Care was recommended to me by the Shepherd's Center in Kernersville, and now I highly recommend them! B/c they are a 'no lift' company, she had to switch services Feb this year. The new svc, which I will review later, is pretty much a nightmare, it's been a revolving door w/ different aides going in, and b/c of this she missed a doctor's appmnts, and sometimes they don't show. I've emailed the patient advocator and sent a text, but he isn't good at responding.... and, when u'r in a situation w/ home care, communication is very important.
