Infinito Homecare

We would like to tell our story of why we opened Infinito Homecare. Like many residents in South Texas, we had a family member who became ill and needed assistance with hygiene, meal preparation and assistance moving from room to room etc... We were told that our Loved One would need to be placed in a Nursing Facility. We had asked about an alternative to being placed in such a facility such as in home care. We contacted many different local Home Healthcare Agency's and were told that they couldn't help us or we didn't qualify for their services. This was frustrating and saddened our Family greatly. So with the advice we were given we placed our loved one in a Nursing Facility. Our Loved One passed away shortly there after. About a year later we learned that our Loved One actually did qualify for these In-Home benefits. It was just that no one wanted to take the time to help us and explain what the process was. Our Family at that point made the decision that NO FAMILY should ever have to experience that grief. The thoughts of what could have been, if we could have had our Loved one with us in our home and not in a strange, unfamiliar place. So we understand the challenges and stress you're being faced with. We will assist your Family in seeking the very crucial information and assistance needed to care for Your Loved One.
