We have absolutely LOVED our experience so far. Our caretaker, Camara, has been absolutely wonderful. She makes sure that my mom’s needs are met at all times. We had a few other services before her, and not one of them compare to Camara. Thank you so much for all you do for my mom! ❤️

We have needed care for our son and Etairos has gone above and beyond! Our case manager Alexandra (Alex), has been top notch for our family/son in coordination with the other entities needed from getting authorization to advocating for our family, not to mention all the things that take place behind the scenes that she has been on top of. We can’t rave about her and Etairos enough. So blessed to have found them. 100% recommend!

My parents have used Harmony Home Health services for over a year, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of their care, their responsiveness, their concern, their professionalism, and just how easy they are to deal with. We would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for home care at any level. Last year, we went through a very difficult period when, for various reasons, my father ended up at home when he should have been in a rehab or assisted living facility. In the week while my brother worked to find him a suitable placement, Harmony was incredibly responsive in providing assistance at home and in getting him to medical appointments - often on short notice and with high requirements for the kind of help needed (e.g. the strength to get him in his wheelchair up and down two steps - as I said, he shouldn't have even been at home). More recently, my mother has been using Harmony's caregiver services at home and in independent living. Harmony worked with her to find a good fit between her needs and their helpers, and has been flexible on schedule and requirements. They contacted my brother and me when my mother seemed to need more care, advising us on what we needed to check out - even knowing that it might mean a move to assisted living, which would lose them a client. In the past, we've used other agencies and privately contracted services, and there's no comparison - Harmony provides better services, and is much more customer-focused.

Overall the organization is very good. For the most part the people have been excellent, yet there is this common issue, caregivers not showing up for assigned visits or any form of notification. I do understand the challenges of your business, yet their are times any employee may need to be out for some personal reason. The main issue, the employees running the show. Recently had a situation where the normal caregiver was out for several days. Your organization found a fill in and then, 3 times BACK TO BACK, A NO SHOW AND NO CALL. This is NOT acceptable. My understanding, when a care giver does this, they are essentially terminated. We are sure that never happened, and maybe it did. I do have a good understanding how your process works. Yet, there may need to be some adjustments made to do everything possible a patient is left unattended.

I have been using Harmony Home Health well over a year now. I am a remote caregiver with an elderly uncle who is determined to live in his own home. Harmony and their team of skilled professionals have helped make that a reality for him. Additionally, they have given me the on-site support I needed to make sure that he and his life is well managed without leaving me frazzled. Harmony’s health-aides assist with the normal chores such as showering, dressing and eating. They also provide companionship and get him out of the house to go to breakfast or dinner several times a week. They handle grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions and taking him to his doctors’ appointments. Harmony even has a nurse that comes out to check up on him. I didn’t want a franchise company with their cookie cutter approach to home health care. I was looking for a locally owned organization with ties to the area who would see my uncle as the great person he is and understand my needs and concerns as well. I am glad I chose Harmony and so is my uncle. He is home where he wants to be and I know he has someone there who cares about him.
