After having triple bypass surgery, I needed some short term assistance in my home. I contacted Homewatch Caregivers of Lewisville and had Jessie came by to evaluated my needs. A few days later an exceptional young woman named Jessica showed up at my home. She was cheerful, friendly and eagerly took on the tasks I needed help with each time she visited including cleaning, shopping and helping me organize my home. Everyone I came in contact with from day one delivered an extremely high level of customer service and support.

Jessie and her team were amazing! They found the perfect match for my mom, who needed some extra help with showers, mobility, she has a bit of dementia and lunch outings (basically, an extra set of hands and eyes). The caregiver was kind, attentive, and made my mom feel like a queen. Jessie made everything super easy—no surprise charges, and the prices were refreshingly reasonable. My mom’s in Canada now, but the minute she’s back, we’ll be calling Jessie again. Highly recommend—your loved ones are in great hands!
