McLeod Home Care

McLeod Home Care abandoned, left me in the hotel room alone for 4 hrs. The Dr. said to employee Carol I could not be left alone after surgery due to unexplained excessive bleeding. McLeod home care provide no details on the invoice of care. What service was done, length of time with dollar amounts for each service by line item. Under S.C. law detailed description of care must be provided. McLeod billed my credit card without my signature for a blanket invoice. The President, T.McLeod then lied about time abandoned. I could provide CVS drug receipt with time on it. The Health Care provider, Carol, threw drugs on bed and left. Brian, Vice President lied and made up duties. These people are unseasoned, unprofessional and are doing fuzzy invoicing without approval. The dishonesty is so blatant. Not who you want billing you, your insurance or taking advantage of family member(s).

The on-site McLeod staff at Covenant Place have been extremely adept at helping my father navigate his 94th year. They have been instrumental in allowing him to maintain his (mostly) independent living status and giving me more long distance peace of mind.

I couldn’t have asked for more than the support provided to me by the McLeod Home Care team. They addressed my concerns in caring and professional ways. Mindi was a superstar in assisting me through many painful stretches. Way to go, Mindi. Thank you.

Wonderful service. We needed sitters immediately for our mother and they came to our rescue. All sitters have been great. Very professional and Caring. They have great Communication with each other and the family. Highly recommend!

We have used McLeod Home Care since August of 2021. The caregivers are conscientious and caring. Our current caregiver, Debra, is like family. She is very attentive and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional care. McLeod is a reliable care provider, and we especially like working with Simone for scheduling and office matters.
