I can’t say enough about the excellent care my father received from Home Instead! The office staff: Lora, Melissa, Judy, Joanne, Marjorie, Vera, and Wendy were always available to promptly address any questions I needed answered, and to find solutions for all of my father’s many problems. The Care Pro staff assigned to my father: Margalita, Samantha, Wydens, Margie, Michelle, and Lucy were all so caring and attentive to my father’s needs. Home Instead is made up of devoted, knowledgeable people, and they allowed me to have peace of mind, knowing that my dad was safe and being cared for in a professional and friendly manner.

Home Instead was wonderful. Lora Lavigne, who coordinated my sister’s health care providers after she came home from rehab was amazing to work with. She answered questions any time, day or night, and easily saw to every request we had. The caregivers who assisted my sister became like family to her. For several years, the professionals at Home Instead in Melrose provided my mother with wonderful care. From Joanne, Vera and Judy in the office, providing insight and guidance, to Assia M, Nabila E, Pam M Nancy C, Peggy S and the others who would come and assist Mom every week, I am truly grateful. Thank you all!

It is fresh and still very hard dealing with the loss of my Mom. Things happened fast and I kept having to pivot and make the necessary changes for her care the last couple weeks of her life. Home Instead team from Wendy to Laura organizing the care and the caregivers Bella, Ratna, Judith, and Helen all so very compassionate and caring. I have no words other than thanks. Do not look anywhere else I tried many agencies over the years this was the best by far.

Debra is a wonderful Carepro. She has been fantastic with my father. She is attentive, caring and engages with him at every opportunity. She goes out of her way to help him and I with all those little tasks that add up (his plants would be dead if it were not for her) She represents the best of the best. Thank you Deb for all your help
