I was supposed to have a virtual meet & greet to see if my loved one could utilize the services of this company. An hour before my appointment, I was informed by an employee that the supervisors were not available. It's been over a week & the supervisor(s) still hasn't contacted me. Every time I call the office, the receptionist states that they haven't made it to the office yet... I get that this is a daunting job but there should still be a level of professionalism. I was referred to this company and had I known about the reviews prior to the referral... I wouldn't have wasted my time.
Worst agency ever to care for a loved one! Horrible. Nothing they tell you is the truth! They tell the client's family anything to get the case. They lie, very rude to client and staff, and tried sending the staff from their group homes that is unqualified and not trained to take care of a quad who is medically fragile. They claimed hey could provide LPN's for 12 hours per day and they didn't even have certification of a license for LPN's in home health care! Staff had a difficult time getting paid client family lied to over and over and always left voice mails and no return calls! Staff never did get paid for their last week of work!
Its a hit or miss with consistent service, some employees are great, some not so, and some just arrogant and never make mistakes. In caring for the elderly its vital that sick employees are not sent out to provide care. Few or no contengencies for sick employee substitution.
They are terrible, very unprofessional, the owners refused to pay me when I decided to quit their checks bounce , and they don’t care about their clientele , the messages I received was unprofessional from an employer don’t work for this company they don’t care if your sick or dealing with stuff personally , and the pay isn’t worth what you have to deal with , the clients isn’t the issue the company is .
