Tanya is an angel !!! When no one could get me help at all different agence in and around, the area I live in. Tanya told me to come to her agency and she would get somebody for me. I thought oh my goodness you could get somebody. When many of the other agencies could not help me at all. The hospital was going to release me to a nursing home again, and I did not want that to happen to me again, !!! So the day I got home she had the girl there and ready to work for me. Out here in the boondocks. Well Tanya my angel did !!! The caretaker came in and took complete care of me like as if she was my daughter. I mean phenomenal, I've never experienced a caretaker like her until I was at Tanya's place. Oh God bless U Tanya Thank you so much honey I really love you for getting me the best help I've ever had!!!

I am disappointed with the service provided by Reliable Supportive Home Care/Much Better LLC. The contracts provided are photocopies of someone else's, with only the name stamped at the top changed. When I first signed up with them, they were called Reliable Supportive Home Care, but two weeks later, the name was changed to Much Better LLC without providing a new contract. When I requested a new contract, all I received again was a photocopies With the NEW Name stamped at the top. This lack of professionalism is evident in the sudden cessation of services with limited notice, improper invoicing or no invoicing at all, untrained personnel, and inadequate coverage. I am currently attempting to retrieve my deposit that I personally sent to the owner of the company, Tanya, via Zelle. If I am unsuccessful, I will have to explore other options.

I can't say enough how appreciative I am of ReliableSupportiveHomecare's services. They were genuinely kind and professional in their initial assistance in setting up care The fact that the caregivers were not just exceptionally knowledgeable but also kindly and sympathetic greatly improved comfort and general well-being.

Wow, I have to say I am pleased. They're only a handful of agencies on this side of the world here in P.a and honestly none of them provided me with this level of comfort , re-assurance , a peace of mind before this agency came about. I have 5 family members who practically raised me and I owe everything to them, and are dearest to me and is using this agency. I am in communication with my relatives almost every week. I just have to say what they advertise is real! Thank you.
