Home Instead

I have had several home health agencies assigned to me through the Waiver program with Medicaid. The last agency sent me 17 different aids. Most spent their time with me on their cell phones. Never was I provided an assistant that was as kind, caring and respectful as Home Instead. Their staff has provided the professional service I expect by calling me and visiting me to check on the support they are providing me. No other agencies of the 4 I have been assigned have done this. Others have not called me to even tell me if anyone was coming to care for me. Aids have been inappropriate in many ways including their appearance, phone use, not knowing how to perform simple tasks as cleaning a sink and tub. As an RN, BSN I had previous positive contact with Home Instead. I should have asked for them to be my provider from the beginning, but I allowed the choice to be made for me. Big mistake! Home Instead stands out to provide what they contract to do. Thanks

Lisa is great, very helpful in every way, with Terry , breakfast, snack for Terry, makes our beds, helps with doing dishes. Whatever we need done. Melissa is very nice when she makes her visits.

I feel so fortunate to have Home Instead and they have provided me with exceptional caregivers. When ever a caregiver had to call in Mellisa and Kirsten are right on it to get me a caregiver. The staff is very friendly and warm and welcoming

Home Instead has been the most perfect Caregiver Provider I've ever used! They accommodate needs and provide caregivers that perform excellent service. Update: Home Instead continues to be a most excellent Caregiver Provider. I have been blessed to be matched with such an amazing caregiver! Catie just celebrated her 100 days with me and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she gives. She knows me and my routine and does what needs to be done, without me having to ask! And the office staff are such kind professionals. Kim, Kirsten, Melissa, Zandy and Collette are the absolute best! They check in on me and the services being provided, they accommodate schedule changes when needed, and are always so kind when doing these and many other things. I am blessed to know that I will never have to change my caregiver or provider!

Home Instead has been a God send for us. Our caregiver, Jamie, has been such a blessing. She goes above and beyond to provider great care for our aunt and does so much to help us also! Great service and great care!
