Human Touch Home Health Care

My nurse seems like she really doesn't have time for me. She hasn't filled my med planner for a month.i like my weekend nurse. But what's the point of having the one doing the week when she doesn't do what I need her to do. The one I had didn't want to do what was needed to be done. They are lazy.

Working with Kaitlan Holly and the Human Touch Health Care team has been such a rewarding experience. My grandmother had a fall early this year and we were in need of some medical assistance. Kaitlan was quick to offer her help and services and has been so much help throughout this whole process. The Human Touch team has been such a breath of fresh air and they are always offering to do more than what was expected of them. They are all very helpful, supportive and very professional in every way. First they book an appointment and no one shows up. I called and they had no answers and said they'll call the next day. Got the call and they were all over the place. First they said I needed a different doctor to send the referral than called again saying that they couldn't see me. Instead of telling me the truth from the beginning they kept making excuses. They just waste your time.

I hired them to help with my mother living in her home. Most of the time the caregiver never showed up and when they did show up they didn’t stay the whole time. She would go weeks without any help. And there accounting is horrible they lost my checks several times and I would get a call from some very rude guy out of there main office telling me I was over due when I had paid early

There's no human touch on the weekends for a new client n family's who are new to their loved needing help at home.
