We have used other 24/7 home care services for family members and find Senior Helpers to be exceptional. Compared to another local service, I was amazed at the speed in which they arranged for 24/7 care of my mother after a stroke. Our family was very happy with all the care givers they provided. The care givers were reliable, compassionate and attentive to my mother's needs. Keifer promptly arranged care for my mother with very little notice. After my mother's passing, we received a notice that they planted a tree in her memory. I/our family highly recommends Senior Helpers.

Senior Helpers assisted my father for almost 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about the company. Each caregiver that came to help was patient and helpful even thorugh difficult times with my father's dementia. The office staff, Cristina and Mayra, were great with communication and were on top of things when changes happened. I highly recommend the company for caregiving needs.

We currently manage the commercial property where this business operates. Since taking over the building this summer, we have repeatedly had to follow up on past-due rent. Payments have consistently arrived only after multiple reminders and well past the agreed due dates, which has created ongoing administrative strain and made it difficult to maintain predictable operations for the property. We always prefer cooperative relationships and clear communication with our tenants, and we have tried to work with them each month to avoid disruption. Unfortunately, the pattern of delayed payments has remained unchanged. When rent is late on a recurring basis, formal notices become a required part of the management process so that the property stays compliant and all parties remain aligned with the lease terms. This pattern continues 6 months into our relationship. We hope they are able to improve their internal financial and administrative processes moving forward, since timely payment is essential to maintaining a smooth landlord-tenant relationship. We remain open to constructive communication and a more consistent rhythm in the future.

Senior Helpers responded quickly, assessed my needs, and was able to accommodate. The caregiver was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. I was well cared for, HIGHLY recommend this agency!
