As a manager I have to have a agency that always has my back. I use Amada because they always meet my needs. The office staff are super sweet and very helpful. I can call them in need and it's not long before they notify me that my needs are being met. The caregivers they use have always came and worked very hard and complete the shifts. They have treated my residents with respect, along with respecting my staff and my caregivers.
