This agency is very unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I was recently introduced to the company by the Council of Aging. I had my own worker, we just needed to fill out the paperwork. First it begin with the ID and social security card. We emailed the ID and had to end up taking the social security card into the office due to errors, mind you at this time two weeks had almost come too. Meanwhile I had received phone calls from Ashlynn about not being able to reach my worker, I would call on three way and get an immediate pick up. We had finally got the ball rolling as far as taking the information up to the office and filling out paperwork. At the time of the application being filled out Ashlynn was supposed to do the interview,which was just tax forms and knowledge about the company, needless to say the interview never happened. Upon calling about the interview my worker expressed to Ashleylyn how she was treated and greeted at the beginning. They didn't greet her, nor introduce herself ( Marsha HR) the contact calls that probably never happened from the company concerning employment .Marsh was very snobbish, moody and very unprofessional. Marsha was the one that came to the door and was very aware of the appointment, she didn't want her to enter the building meanwhile she is asking for the required Items while my worker standing outside of the building, nor did she show any type of regards towards my worker. After the application was filled out Marsh called my worker asking if she was married and wanted to know if she went by another name. My worker told her No, she just calls her mother in-law, If Masha would have ran the background check she would have known that she had No alias names other than the one on the application. I'm convinced that they wanted to use one of their people for the job. After asking Ashlynn about the interview and why it didn't proceed to that step they set up a home visit. While speaking to her my worker expressed the unprofessionalism and Ashleylynn told her that she would file an complaint. The appointment was for 10 am the next day Oct 9th. It was a no call no show on behalf of Perry Lee only to find out they didn't want to work with us because we addressed the concerns in reference to the unprofessionalism (Marsha HR) and other concerns. My worker went to the building in professional attire, there was No house shoes, bonnets,tattoos, booty shorts, broken English, nasty attitude,nor unprofessionalism. You can tell that this has been an ongoing issue with the people in the company just by reading the reviews, I doubt that Ashleylynn ever filed the complaint she probably ran to Marsha and told her about the situation concerning her which is most likely! We don't care wrong is wrong! We need to contact the owner of this company and let them know about the practices that's going on , they are missing out on a lot of revenues due to their unprofessionalism and shady practices.
