Safer at Home

Safer at Home was there for me when my mother needed extra care immediately! They met with me right away and set up a care plan starting the next day! They were flexible, as issues with my mother changed, communicating with me constantly! Shelia and Juliette were both wonderful! Their care of my mother put my mind at ease! In the hard time between deciding whether my mother needed assisted living they were there day and night taking care of her . I recommend Safer at Home without hesitation! They were lifesavers for my brother and I in my mother’s time of need! They are a wonderful team from administration to the care givers!

Jonas at Safer At Home is one of the most professional, sensitive, great communication and follow up employee i have ever dealt with. The best facility I have ever worked with. They acted to assist with my father within 12 hours and had someone at his bedside making his passing do comfortable. I highly recommend this company and if I had to do it all over again, they'd be the 1st person I call.

Hands down the BEST home health company in the area. They did an amazing job matching caregivers with our family. Pam and Tia came in and knew exactly what to do. The two weeks that they were with us made my grandmothers passing so peaceful. They became family in such a short amount of time. I cannot thank everyone enough for the kindness and care that was provided to us and my grandmother in our time it need. Every other home health company should take notes from these ladies!

I’ve dealt with a few different private duty companies in the search for care for my grandparents, but Safer at Home has been the best experience so far. Their caregivers actually make an effort to connect with your loved ones instead of just sitting around on their phone. One caregiver brought a board game to pass the time with my granddad and he was delighted. Very grateful for them!

Save your money! Safer-At-Home is disappointing at best. While we were generally satisfied with the personal care aides, management at Safer-At-Home did not follow through to assist us like they promised when it came to questions about medical or nursing care for our family member. They also did not appear to communicate any of the care information about our family member to the care aides; we had to repeat all of this information for every person assigned, and ‘train’ them ourselves. Their website may look good, but the service does NOT measure up. I would not use this company again!
