Home Instead has done a great job taking care of my loved one. They are very reliable, very kind and patient. They have also been very flexible in adjusting their schedule to our needs. They are always available and willing to show up at a moments notice to evaluate any situation and help to remedy it. I live out of state from my loved one and it has given me peace of mind knowing they are caring for my loved one and only a phone call away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care for their loved one.

Our family can not say enough good things about Mike Levine and the entire staff at Home Instead. We have been using their services for approximately two years for our now 92 year old Mother. No family members live close by and it would not be possible for Mom to stay in her own home without their excellent care. Not only have they been available for regularly scheduled visits but they have come through on more than one occasion when an emergency situation happened. Their caregivers truly care and we trust them completely. They really made an effort to match the personality of the caregivers to our Mother's preferences and that was very important because Mom didn't want any help coming in initially. Over time we have increased the amount of visits mom has and Home Instead has been able to accommodate us by scheduling the same caregivers to provide the service. That makes all the difference because Mom is comfortable with them. Furthermore, it really does provide some peace of mind to the entire family because we know someone can get to Mom quickly since we need to travel to be there. We have referred several friends to other Home Instead offices in 4 different states and they all have been happy with our recommendation. We are very, very grateful that we found such wonderful people working for Home Instead.

We have used Home Instead since September, both for daily living (getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, etc.) for me and for respite for my wife. All of our caregivers have been caring and competent and some have become like family members. The Home Instead franchise has been efficient and accommodating in meeting our needs. Their services have allowed us to make longer term plans for aging in place. We recommend this group without reservation.

This service was used to care for my husband while I was out of town for 5 days. The caregivers assigned to come each day were immediately a hit with him and they did a wonderful job. The Marketing Rep was able to coordinate our needs perfectly. I would (and have) highly recommend Home Instead to anyone.

Kelsi has been amazing. She has only been helping my mother for a short time, but my mother thinks she is great and she is a huge help as I cannot be there all the time as I have a full time job. Thank you Home Instead Senior Care for providing excellent service.
