Hummingbird Care Services has been extremely helpful and caring in assisting me in finding just the right caregivers for my elderly mother. They matched me with caregivers that were skilled, kind, patient and were a perfect fit for my mother and our family. By doing so, they went above and beyond to help us at a time when we needed it most. I will always be grateful to them for making a difficult situation a lot easier for us. I rate them the best of the best.

This company is EXCELLENT! I had an unexpected need for 24/7 home health aids for my 85 year old mom (after she went through an emergency appendectomy) during this past Labor Day holiday weekend, and Hummingbird came through! Within hours of my first call to Victoria late Friday afternoon, she had someone at my mom's apartment in assisted living in Stuart, and Victoria worked tirelessly throughout the entire holiday weekend to line up someone for every shift (day and night) all the way til 8pm on Labor Day Monday. And I was able to communicate with each of the 5 caregivers throughout their shifts directly by text, which was SO valuable and comforting. With the help of these ladies, my mom was able to get back on her feet and resume her routine. I would use this company again and absolutely recommend them. They will be the first company I call if a need arises in the future (and did I mention that this was at the last minute during a HOLIDAY weekend?!)

I cannot thank Colby and Hummingbird enough -- it's Sunday, and my mom fell earlier today while their beautiful and sweet caregiver Kim was not scheduled. My dad called Kim because he knew she would help, which tells you a lot about how Hummingbird operates. She immediately let Colby know, and the whole company has really stepped into the breach to help our family while Mom is at the hospital. A special shoutout to Victoria, Christi, and Amber for working so hard to match caregivers with clients, to make certain the personalities mesh. Without that extra step, there is no way my dad would have called Kim for help. Also nice: being able to call and talk to a person at all hours, and getting advice when needed. Colby and his team at Hummingbird have been a blessing to our family! They are incredibly compassionate, professional, have responded immediately when we’ve had emergencies, and everyone is so very kind. I cannot recommend Hummingbird enough!
