"I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS REVIEW. Do yourself and your loved one a favor, and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Access Everywhere is owned, and unbelievably poorly managed, by an arrogant, sexist dolt named Kevin who cares nothing for his clients and their families. While I have a list of complaints I could muster for this purpose, I will instead focus on my very last interaction with him. The contract we had with Access Everywhere expired in late 2020. As such, we wanted to renew at the same level of service that we had been experiencing. It is understandable that from time-to-time pricing may increase. We get that. However, Kevin had raised the price, without warning or notice, by 288%. Yes, two-hundred-and-freaking-eighty-eight percent. That is an astronomical increase, and one that could be considered price gouging, especially when your clients are senior citizens. Considering the new price was not nearly attainable for my in-laws, we called Kevin and expected to have a reasonable conversation about this to see what other arrangements could be made. Kevin was immediately defensive, and tried to explain that his price increase had something to do with a software platform he had just initiated. As indicated above, we don’t mind a price increase, but 288% with no warning is categorically unacceptable. "
