First they send you the best in Raphael. Then they send you the worst. She comes and noticed the sink full of dishes but does nothing. She sats down and get on her phone. She doesn't talk to me or ask me if there is anything she could do. She is the sister of the one that came before her. And she left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak. So I declined them to send me anyone else. I knock down the hours to 10 due to the fact I didn't want them to just sat around and do nothing. On top of that I have washcloth to clean my body with and they think it is just wipes to be used anywhere. Out of all Raphael was the best worker they had. So I don't know if I should try them again.
I do not typically write reviews because I understand how the healthcare industry has its ups and downs. This might be my second review I have written in my professional career (24 years.) When a company cares more about .88 cents vs. the 4.9 million dollars that was paid out what does this tell you???? I find myself in a reality where the good guys have integrity to pay off their balances, and the bad guys want to be greedy and silly over .88 cents. I will never professionally utilize their services in any of my facilities! (WISH I didn't even have to select one start - that is overrated)
CNA's and Nurses call out at last minute leaving you stuck. The office staff if NOT helpful in any way! Horrible staffing agency! If I could give a negative, I would!
