Wonderful Company with Truly Caring Management Working for Senior Helpers in Allentown has been a great experience. The management team is incredibly supportive and caring — not just professionally, but personally as well. When my mother passed away, they showed me so much compassion, gave me the time I needed, and even sent a heartfelt card. It meant a lot to feel that kind of understanding and kindness from an employer. Senior Helpers truly values both their clients and their caregivers. I was grateful to be part of such a thoughtful and respectful team.

Our experience with Senior Helpers has been nothing but positive. We've been using their Companion services for more than a year. Their communication is excellent and hey are always very kind, understanding, and supportive. But most importantly, they've placed companions with my parents who my parents love and trust and who also genuinely care about my parents. My whole family is grateful for Senior Helpers, and it's quickly become hard to imagine life before their help.

My mother was hospitalized four times in one year. We realized quickly that she needed some help around the home to maintain her independence in various and sundry ways. She met with the folks at Senior Helpers and instantly felt comfortable with everyone she met. Once helpers started to come, everything was easier for mom. She could focus on recovery while household things would get done while additionally to have personable folks keep her company. When we went into short term rehab hospital after the most recent hospitalization, her caregiver and case manager from Senior Helpers went to visit her and ensure she had what she needed. On top of that, my mother was careless with cash and it would be lying around her apartment willy nilly. Time and time again, the caregivers would be with my vulnerable mother and not only never did they the cash, they kept encouraging her put it away. During a time when I needed them to prepare the apartment for mom’s return, I knew I could trust them completely not to take any money that might be lying around. And to my great happiness, I was right! Never a cent was taken—and while that’s is of course what you’d expect from a professional caregiver, it was reassuring to know that I never had to worry about it. They truly went above and beyond at all times when caring for my mother. I will never be able to thank them enough for all they did for her and five stars on this Google review is far too low a rating to give their service. A+++ 110% would hire them again to care for my loved ones!

My Mom and Dad look forward to their caregivers coming. It gives them the independence they need to stay in their home. Never a week goes by that they dont tell me how thankful they are to have the caregivers help. Very kind and dependable!
