Wonderfully agency. They have been instrumental in making sure my loved one is taken care of over the last two years. They are flexible and have been quick to address any concerns. Harmony Home Care has excelkent ownership that gives superb service and runs very succesful and caring operation. Clients and genuine care with skilled caregivers is excellent. They give 24/7 attention to clients and CEO of the company is available 24/7 which is very hard to find in today’s world. We used Harmony Health Care off and on during a couple years when my father was declining. During this period, we also worked with the 'big name' companies to try their service. We found that Miriam and her team at Harmony Health Care provided the best service by far, and at a reasonable cost. In comparison, the 'big name' companies provided very poor service, often at a higher cost. Harmony was consistently there when we needed them, and their staff was sensitive and caring. I highly recommend them.

Mariam cared for my 90+ mother when she began to decline. Mariam and her staff looked after my mother 24/7 and did so with warmth, optimism and nurturing. My mother's health continued to decline and Mariam attended to her every need from doctor visits to medication monitoring and administration, including scheduling appointments on many levels. Mariam understood my mother's mood swings as dementia took over my mother's life. She was cheerful and caring and treated my mother as if she were her own family. Mariam and her people shopped, prepared my mother's meals and as my mother's motor skills became limited they even hand fed her. Mariam is very knowledgable about health issues and was extremely helpful in anticipating health problems and communicated issues with us very well. Most important, my mother was looked after by people who cared about her and treated her kindly and with respect and dignity. Mariam was with my mother and our family during her last days and right to the end. I cannot express how much Mariam and her staff did to help all of us - we would have been lost without her. Mariam is a professional in every sense of the word.

We hired HHC immediately after my 93 year-old father suffered a stroke. Mariam responded to my call with warmth, understanding and flexibility. She worked with us to provide one of her best caretakers, Irma, to care for my father in our home. Over the year Irma became a trusted member of the family. My father’s proficiency in English was very, very limited. Nevertheless, somehow he and Irma not only understood each other , but they developed a great relationship. When Dad became bed ridden, Irma spared no effort to keep him comfortable and well taken care off until the very end. I cannot be more grateful to Mariam and Irma for their dedication, professionalism and loyalty during all this time. I wholeheartedly recommend HHC, Mariam and her staff to anyone who has a loved one in need for meaningful care.
