Brightstar Care of Asheville

Okay I have to admit, I did have a hard time in the beginning as it took time to find a good fit for me. But when you do find that good fit cherish them. I had one particular caregiver that bent over backwards giving me the best care possible as to my needs. I suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and other things that seriously affected my breathing and I just can't do as much and my place was cluttered and this one lady organized my place so efficiently. Takes me grocery shopping and small errands and even small bye bye rides. I am truly grateful. Thank you Brightstar and Donna Wilbur who scheduled these things for me. Hats off to Celeste! You're the best!

Hanna babysat our children two evenings while we were at a wedding in Asheville. They took to her immediately - she was friendly, professional, flexible and wonderful with the kids. We are thankful we got her!

Scott, I wanted to quickly let you know how AMAZING Nicole is...simply an angel. She called to update me on my mom after her epidural injection today and I could have talked to her for hours. She is warm, funny and simply a joy. My mom is a handful and to have a caregiver who is tireless and understanding is beyond what I can put into words. My family is so very thankful for Nicole and her being part of your team.

Due to Covid, we were unable to go to Asheville to care for a family member having surgery. The Brightstar team of Amanda and Candice took amazing care of the patient and all pre and post-operation personal care needs. My family gives BrightStar A+ for professionalism, price and ability.

Brightstar provided can excellent person, Cynthia, to take care of my mom. Cynthia was professional, caring, and responsive to my mom's needs. I would highly recommend her.
