I love the service I get from my caregiver Ms. Shante. She has been a blessing to me. She goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. She is a god fearing woman that loves all her clients and she is just a joy to be around. Thank you for everything you do Ms. Shante I am very grateful to have a caregiver like you. Thank you Right AtHome in Belmont for the service you provide and just making sure I am always ok.

My mom and I are very impressed with the dedication and care of John and his personal care workers. Sharon, Stephanie, Tonya and Gina provided my dad excellent care while he was in home hospice care. They all had their own qualities but the end result was their dedication to my dad and mom to keep them comfortable during such a difficult time. Everyone was on time each day which was huge since I needed to go to work. If I needed an update while away they provided that knowing my concern being away from him. It really takes special people to be in this roll and John was able to find the right fit for my dad’s care from the start. His care about our experience/needs showed and also the concern after my dad’s passing. He was available when needed. I highly recommend this company if you need care from an agency. They have 24/7 care available if needed.

Poor management very Unprofessional I wouldn't recommend the one in Belmont to anyone!..they will take you off the schedule for unnecessary reasons & make you miss out on your money!.the New lady Maddy is always sick or something is always wrong with her!..she will lie to you & take you off the schedule even if it's just a phone call from a family member!..they have a high turn over because of management

Completely unprofessional. They hired a caretaker who did they're job. Without telling the caretaker that one of the patients was positive for covid. The caretaker and significant other are now badly sick and their child is now at risk. The caretaker told them they wouldn't be coming in due to being sick and they were told come in anyway. They were only informed this morning about the covid. They were aware of the situation before hand. Then an employee called the caretaker and yelled at them. So the caretaker quit.

They embrace the client and their extended family members with passionate concern, dignity, and care. Bill goes out of his way at any time of the day or night to make himself available if a need arises. He is a business owner who is reachable for questions, concerns, and who appreciates suggestions and input from the families they serve. The caregivers sent to us were quality people who genuinely love their jobs. They treated mom respectfully, allowing her to age at home with independence and integrity. Right at Home was a blessing at a very critical point of need for our family and for especially for mom.
