Wonderful Services. They really care about caring for your loved ones. They go above and beyond. It's not just another business taking your money. They definitely go above and beyond. Helping in numerous ways not just one. Not just assisting clients I have seen them dedicate themselves to their caregivers and staff as well. They always have fun events going on outside in their parking lot. The owner Ann is amazing. Huge hearted incredible woman. What a wonderful company. Keep doing a great job.

I wish I could say something good about this place. My friend missed a Dentist appointment because they didn't send her caregiver on time. Some of the caregivers sit around and play on their phones I have witnessed this a couple of times. My friend told one girl to clean out a cabinet she told my friend to have someone else do it. She currently has a caregiver she loves, but they have not sent her for the the past few weeks. When her scheduled caregiver calls in they don't send anyone to replace her. Several of her caregivers have refused to take her to the store. My friend is 90 years old and needs help, but she's not getting it from this place.

Might have given up higher if I had more reliable people! Unreliable on the phone don't do dishes or anything else and basically half-ass break things steal things whatever and then try and blame the person they're supposed to be caring for exclamation point and then when people call in to say hey something's wrong then they're told a whole bunch of Lies as usual and other people say...... does somebody has been on both sides of the coin and seeing what's happened not just with this group but other groups my questions to them as a friend of mine would have put it..... try the shoe on the other foot and see how you like it

The online training and testing technology that they use is completely unreliable. Prospective and chosen caregiver has had to retake about 25% of the lessons due to technology freezing. There is no alternative plan. Upon asking the instructing supervisor, said caregiver was told to use computer, not phone. Phone was not being used. Says caregiver already works more than a full-time job. This is taking time away from family, sleep, and already doing the job that caregiver is supposedly being trained to do.

I have been a client for about 5 years now and I can honestly say that I have not had a better home health care company in the 10+ years that I have that I have been disabled. It's hard to find aids that want to do something besides sit on their phone and play games and text their friends. If you ask them to do something (that they are getting paid to do) like fix your lunch, they get all upset and huffy. It's not like that here. If I have a problem, I call the Columbus office and Jennifer gets it resolved right away. They are very caring and my supervisory nurse is the best! My care manager from Thrive Alliance is the best also! Everyone works together for the benefit of the client, which is very rare to find.
