You’ll work with a care coordinator to set a care schedule that works best for you and your family. We can assist with Bathing, Toileting, Dressing, Meal Preparation, Eating, Transfers, Ambulation, Shopping, Light Housekeeping, Doctor Appointments, Alzheimer and Dementia Care. ABOUT OUR CAREGIVERS Home Care One specializes in the Screening and Credentialing of Nurses, Nurse Aids and Companions. Our Highly Qualified Caregivers are Triple Screened (Health, Background and References) so the needs of the Client are aligned with the Appropriate Skills and Attributes of the Caregiver, Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are available.
