I have found that with DIMI nursing your loved one is not just a number unlike other companies.  They ensure that patients are matched up with the right care givers, and the office staff goes above and beyond to ensure that each patients needs are met.  I feel at ease knowing my family member was safe and had her needs met when we were unable to be with her.

My grandma absolutely loves her live in finally after trying several different agencies that were very disappointing. I never write reviews but I thought I could help out another family that is struggling to find quality help for their loved one. Great Company!! Excellent Caregivers!! Ana took wonderful care of my mother after her surgery.  We couldn't have asked for a better caregiver.  Even the weekend caregiver that filled in when Ana needed off was excellent.  My mom has a Long Term Care policy and they billed them directly so I didn't have to pay out of pocket.

I hired Dimi nursing as a referral from Jupiter Medical Center after my 91 year old grandfather had fallen and needed extra care during the day.
They are an unorganized company that lacks empathy and seemingly the ability to communicate.
With the hours of care shortening after some time, they were unable to find a consistent aide that could meet those hours, with their reasoning being that the majority of the aides live south of Lake Worth.
Last weekend, 4-1 to 4/2/17, the aide that came to the house fell asleep both days. After expressing my concerns, Jennifer expressed "maybe it would be better if we did find a different company".
We have had ONE good aide out of the many, but she is unable to work the full amount of hours that are needed.
