If i could i would give it a 0 star i would. Unprofessional. Had to make my own schedule with another worker because they could never "find coverage". Let a client go without services for a day because they couldnt find anyone...which meant she wouldn't eat...yet its the office people to go if they dont have anyone to go . they allow their employees to steal and take advantage of their clients just so they dont have to fire them. They have no ethics and they do not care about your loved ones. I would suggest going to a different home support service. Also the 2 5 stars are from 2 of the office staff do not go off of them.
