Right at Home - Burbank & Glendale

As my elderly mother's condition has declined, requiring a number of hospitalizations over the past year, I have needed respite and support as her primary caregiver. I have found Right At Home to be top notch; the people they send to us are very caring and patient and have a great attitude toward learning the specifics of my mother's care requirements. The office staff is very professional and responsive to any scheduling changes I ask for and they are reachable 24/7. They are supported by up-to-date technology; their caregivers have an app they use to clock in and out (charges are pro-rated by the minute), and I have a web portal which allows me to see who is scheduled for the near future. I highly recommend Right At Home Burbank.

We have been extremely fortunate to have had the same , excellent weekday caregiver for almost 5 years first caring for my mother & then my father. While we have had a couple changes over the years with our weekend caregiver, we have had a very good experience with them as well. Right at Home always notifies us well in advance if one of our caregivers needs a day off & always asks if we would like a replacement. We have been very satisfied with the caregiving support that Right at Home provides.

Wish more stars were an option. This service has been the answer to our family’s prayers. Can’t recommend high enough. Uncomplicated, professional, and eager to taylor their services to our particular needs.Impossible to exaggerate what a difference Right at Home has made in our lives.

I have been using Right at Home in Burbank since the beginning of 2016 and am very pleased with their service. I have mobility issues and started using a walker (rollator). I needed help with transportation to doctors’ offices and loading/carrying everything necessary. In three years, there have been three minor disappointments either in the caregiver or scheduler. This is an excellent record and shows the hard work and dedication of Doug and Leanna Dickstein, their staff and their caregivers. I am grateful for their help and will be relying on them more and more as my health continues to deteriorate. I definitely recommend this company.

My mom needed help after Surgery and they answered the call (literally on a Saturday night) and provided aides to help her. She had no complaints which translates into me having no complaints.
