R & a Home Care

Poor compassionate care by the care coordinator and caregiver from the agency. I tried R&A, a home care agency from a referral from my health insurance. This was my first time getting started with home care and I was very disappointed. The staff personnel at the home care agency presented unprofessional behavior. I had a major medical care condition and needed home care. I had been waiting since October. I would never recommend them to anyone. Of course their response lacks accountability and excuses.

I have been using R&A for almost a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. They provide my sons respite, community connections, and homemaker support services through the CES waiver. My son is autistic and has type 1 diabetes. It is so challenging to find someone who is able to handle his complex needs. The staff is so kind and professional. They have gone above and beyond so many times for me. I've worked with several different respite providers in the past and R&A is by far the best I've worked with.

Had a super bad experience with this home health care the manager Naomi was stalking me when I did not have a nurse on duty she came to my house for a home visit she caught her sweater on a nail at my front door because she did not open the screen door all the way and then turns around and tells me what are you going to do about this I had to call the owner of the company and he said he would take care of it

NOCO- Before hiring this company to care for your loved-one, please be aware of their very shady hiring practices. They hire in-home caretakers before a background check is conducted or time to really make a good hiring decision. My belief is they are only wanting to cash in on government insurance money and care less about the clients. Be aware of this organization.

I just want to express my gratitude with R & A Homecare for taking care of my needs around my home. My provider brightens my day everytime I see her. I am fortunate to have beautiful people I can depend on.
