I want to express my sincere thanks to Dyn and the incredible team of caregivers at Royal Care Companion for the compassionate and professional care they provided to my 97 year-old father during his time with them. From the moment I reached out to them, they showed nothing but kindness, patience, and a level of dedication that truly made a difference for me. The caregivers were not just skilled, but they genuinely cared about my father’s well-being, comfort, and dignity. Royal Care Companion and their staff gave such excellent care to my mom for over 5 years treating her like a family member, ensuring that mom ate and stayed hydrated even during hospice care. I highly recommend Dyn and her excellent staff. If you're looking for caregiving for your loved one, look no further. I've interviewed and tried almost every local caregiving company in the 7 years my mom became wheelchair bound. This is the best! Dyn and her staff are truly angels sent from heaven!

We met with Dyn. She was clear about their company and what they could do for us. We told her what we needed and boy did she deliver! One of the caregivers was not a good fit for my mother. Dyn was on it the same day! We had two more after that, one was amazing but had to quit due to health challenges and then came Araceli. She is super amazing! It is very comforting to work with a company who provides help so we don't have to worry.

I don’t know where to even begin to describe how amazing Dyn and Royal Care Companions are. Dyn helped my family member and family when we were all in a very vulnerable and emotional medical quandary. She was able to do in a matter of minutes what I’ve seen social workers take days to do. She helped us last minute to coordinate caregivers to come and take care of a very sick family member. She went way above and beyond to treat everyone with dignity and respect and to work with extenuating circumstances. She was always extremely responsive and caring. She found appropriate caregivers to assist with the situation. Eventually, When our Family member needed higher care, she also helped to coordinate placement at Loving Care Elderly Home. While at Loving Care, our family member experienced compassionate care with Jason, Mario, & everyone there. Even when not being the most cooperative patient. Loving Care helped identify and assist our family member when further medical treatment was required, and truly offered to do whatever it took for the care of our family member. We cannot thank Dyn, Jason, & the whole team for all they did during these stressful times. And all of this in the middle of a peak in the pandemic in LA. If you are reading this review, have talked to Dyn or Jason and have been honest with them about what you or your family needs, they will be honest with you about what they can provide. Royal Care provided excellent care for our uncle and aunt for 1 1/2 years in their home. Our family had many challenges during this difficult time and Dyn was instrumental in helping our family every step of the way.
