H and S has been working with my brother over the last 2 years! Shanta has done a great job caring for him, she’s very committed to her job, she’s reliable and stays in communication with me if there are any changes. She alternates weekends with another aide named Herman, both are very kind to my brother and do a great job being so patient with him! I never worry when he’s with them!

H&S Therapeutic has been such a big help to my dad. The In home aide services provided for my dad by Ms. Betty B. are absolutely amazing! She know just how to go in and get things going with a nice hearty breakfast. She helps keep him calm during difficult situations. She even gets him out the house to go for a stroll every now and then, which is rare for him. So thanks alot H&S for such awesome in home aides.

I booked a ride a week in advance, they never showed up or even called. Unprofessional company

I was referred to this company by another company needing personal care for my child. In the beginning I was assured that he could be accommodated while I work. 1 Week from the start I experienced issues with staff not being able to accommodate my child. One day I experienced being notified last minute that the aide would not be able to come for the day resulting in me having to leave work early missing my sons bus. Very unprofessional huge communication issues. They also discharged my son from services due to them having huge staffing issues last minute leaving me no option to be accommodated after winter break. I'm currently at risk of loosing my job that I have been with for 7 years due to me not having anyone to care for my son resulting in me having to call out from work. Wouldn't recommend their services to anyone
