Virtue Home care Provide reliable 24/7 in-home care services with our professionally trained caregivers backed by a leadership professional team with experience. We serve the Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties of Illinois. Our focus is on customized care for individuals of all ages that preserves dignity, protects independence and provides peace of mind for the family. All our Caregivers go through a National Criminal Background check, 5-panel drug screen and are employees of the company. We do not sub-contract help. We have an in-home quality assurance and in-service program that allows us to supervisor care and support our caregivers. Our hiring standards exceed the most stringent state requirements. Our main office is located in Chicago Illinois. We also deliver services in Assisted Living and Senior Living communities. Quality home care lies in delivering what our clients want as much as providing what they need. Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference. We believe in putting the client in the driver's seat, enabling them to maintain a personal lifestyle they choose, within a schedule they prefer, to enhance quality of life. We know that educated and experienced caregivers bring pride and confidence to the work they do. We provide on-going training and support by our Nurse Educator. This training is further support by our in-home Quality Assurance Program. We have no minimum on the hours of care delivered. We offer from a few hours of care per day to 24-hour care. We build a schedule of care base on client and family needs.
