Wellspring Personal Care

Wellspring Personal Care provided care for my dad for over four years. The caregivers were responsible, kind, efficient and dedicated. He was able to retain a very high quality of life for his last years, for which the family is very grateful.

I've been the agent/caregiver for a good friend since November of 2021. He was terminal, and we knew he was getting to the point where what myself and what hospice could provide just wasn't enough. Hospice referred us to Wellspring, and I'm so grateful they did. Wellspring not only discussed care options with me, but also helped me fill in some gaps I had been struggling with (like finding specific attorneys for my friend's estate needs). They had a network to share with me, and we weren't even officially clients yet! Unfortunately, 2 days after I connected with Wellspring and had a few follow-up conversations to settle the plan they came up with, he declined very suddenly, and we had no choice but to go to a private facility. I updated Wellspring and their wonderful people understood, but still checked in on me to see how I was doing a few days later. They knew he wasn't going to leave this other place - they just honestly cared about what they do and wanted to know I was ok. He passed peacefully on the 13th. I have no doubt in my mind that had he been able to continue home care with Wellspring that it would have been everything he needed and more.

The caregivers from Wellspring were amazing. Very professional but also compassionate. They helped us get through a very difficult time and became like family for us.
