I used priority home care for 3 or 4 years when my mom started to need caregivers. All the ladies who came over were wonderful and treated my mom with love and compassion. Nidia, Brianna, Priscilla and Marcela were just a few of many that took wonderful care of her. Any billing questions or issues were quickly taken care of by Erika.
I recently met Priscilla Schertzer, Client Care Coordinator and a Caregiver herself at Priority Home Care. Priscilla is now my caregiver. She is genuine, caring, compassionate and is sensitive to her clients needs. She gives her clients undivided and respectful attention. Priscilla goes above and beyond to provide extra-ordinary care and goes out of her way to move her schedule by calling other caregivers to be sure her clients are covered when an emergency arises. She has done that for me several times in the past two weeks. A week ago on a Monday I was scheduled for a nerve block as I have been in pain for over a year and Priscilla adjusted her schedule in order to take me for that procedure, Not only that she was expecting her daughter to give birth to her first baby and she had taken me for that procedure as she knew that I have been in pain for over a year and the very next day I was scheduled for an epidural of my cervical spine. She has an amazing amount of energy and works long hours and seldom takes a day off for herself. In closing I will say again “ Priscilla, you are one of God‘s angels here on earth”. I thank you sincerely for all your help.
Priority Home Care supported our family in caring for our father for over a year prior to his passing. They truly cared for our father, cooking 3 daily meals, laundry, cleaning, grocery lists and most of all, companionship in his final days. They were very reliable and did a good job communicating with our family. I highly recommend their services.
Husband & I were both unable to carry out ordinary household chores (cooking, cleaning, wash) because of illness. Yvonne & her crew provided excellent service on the days & times we needed—-even driving me to doctors appointments! I heartily recommend Priority Home Care!
