I have had the best experience with Anderson Home care. They meet the needs for my love one. Everything was outlined off with services that they could and couldn’t provide from a non clinical standpoint. I would highly recommend this company to care for you and your love ones . My experience with Anderson home care was nothing less than genuine, professional and understanding. I was able to talk to management and she gave solid recommendations on services provided to take care of my love one. I would not recommend. My aunt just told me that she just had a caregiver (Shayna) over her house that has no rapport with my aunt also first time meeting her asking my aunt the following Wanted to know if my aunt had EBT card, said she has five kids and needed help getting gifts, all I need is a $100.00 gift card, what happens in these walls stay in these walls and not to tell her boss at the agency. when the agency was contacted about the issue they told her the care giver should not be asking for anything and that’s the only aid they have to send. Being that I’m in the healthcare and medical field and have worked in many facilities across the country know this is unacceptable. My aunt herself was in the medical field.

We have been using multiple home care agencies over the past five years. Anderson Home Care is by far the best agency we have used. The PCA’s are caring and competent, as is the owner. I am so glad we have this agency!!

Update: See her petty response. Unprofessional at its finest. So please dont put adult diapers in a trash bag or expect them to clean up after your loved one because their not into cleaning up after the person their caring for. You just proved my point. This facility worked for my mother for under two months. I was very unhappy with their service and their kevel of professionalism. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
