One of my favorite’s was Aminata, who was with me on the morning my mom passed away. I will always remember her kindness. I would recommend Bright Star to my friends and family. After being so disappointed with other "In-Home Care Provides" we were fortunate enough to hear about BrightStar Care in Anne Arundel County. From the very first phone call through the interviewing process and the placement of the caregiver I knew that we had truly found our "Bright Star". The ladies in the office as well as the caregivers have all been first class. Unlike the disappointing previous providers BrightStar got it right the first time with the caregiver they matched my 92 year old mother with. I wanted to share the experience I had with BrightStar. The nurse who was assigned to me was Andrie. I cannot thank Andrie enough for the amazing care that she provided over the course of my recovery. She is a true professional. She knew exactly what to do at every turn and there were plenty of twists and turns during my treatment. I felt so confident in the care that Andrie provided. She was always prompt, accommodated my schedule and helped me recover quickly...always with a smile and reassuring manner. BrightStar is extremely lucky to have such a true pro on their staff. We have had an amazingly positive experience with BrightStart Care-. from scheduling, to billing, to the actual companion care.The office staff has been extremely helpful and kind and are available with any questions I may have. Our caregiver, Tebo, has been a perfect match for our family. He arrives on time and his calm demeanor has made this transition such a smooth one.
