Very sketchy and questionable practices at this facility. My younger daughter applied there as a caregiver. They asked her to email a photocopy (picture) of her social security card, (a check picture) with bank account information. She sent them. 2 months later no word on her application when she calls to inquire. I have never heard applicants are asked and required to email pictures of ssn and personal checks in order to submit their applications. I hope they will not dare to traffic my daughter confidential information.

I've been with a couple of respite companies and they just never worked out. Having three children on the spectrum sometimes is hard to find the right caregivers that will care for them as we do. As soon as I switch with RozHomeCare, they accommodated every need of our family dynamic. Their office staff, especially Monique the office manager, have an open communication with you and make you feel like family. All of the caregivers are very professional and truly care for the children they are place with. I’m sure that god willing we will be with RozHomeCare for many years to come.
