BrightStar Care provided outstanding support during my recovery. I needed daily wound care, and from the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Becky, my nurse, was exceptional — highly skilled, compassionate, and always made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the healing process. Her care made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I’m very grateful for the attention and consistency from the entire BrightStar team. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone in need of home health services.

After months of trying, I finally got my complex special needs adult son a nurse from Brightstar! I had asked for somebody who was experienced in all the medical issues my son has, I asked for someone who would not do no shows or call off at the last minute and most importantly someone who was in it for the long haul….meaning I wanted the same nurse during our agreed upon hours for years to come. I believe Brightstar has sent me that nurse, Becky! She is wonderful with my son, she’s learned very quickly about his likes/dislikes and his routine. She takes the bad with the good and doesn’t complain and she is a delight to be around! Thank you Brightstar for sending us an angel, seriously she’s an angel…I’d forgotten what it was like to take a shower whenever I needed/wanted to!

BrightStar has been caring for my mother for 2 months now and we are very happy with the care she has received. Her aide Andrea is a blessing. Mom feels comfortable with her and she anticipates things that mom needs done. The communication with the staff at BrightStar is excellent. The office reaches out regularly to manage scheduling and has been very accommodating of the changes we requested. The office staff is polite and thoughtful and the aides have been kind and caring. We have had a great experience with this company.
